Iggy Azalea is taking issue with Lorde's tribute to Nirvana at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.
In a new interview with Billboard, the "Fancy" rapper says she has nothing "against" the 17-year-old, but feels she wasn't the right choice for the occasion. Iggy says that in her opinion, tributes to musicians who have passed away should only be done by their peers -- and that "Lorde is not Kurt Cobain's peer."
The Australian rapper adds that it doesn't matter that Lorde "killed the performance" of Nirvana's "All Apologies," she "just [doesn't] think it's appropriate."
Others who performed at the Induction Ceremony back in April include Joan Jett, Kim Gordon and St. Vincent.
