INTERVAL TRAINING WORKOUT

- 3 mins on treadmill incline at 1 speed at 5 mph

- Move to floor and throw medicine ball over your head while squatting

- 3 mins on treadmill incline at 1 speed at 6 mph for 3 minutes

- Move to the floor and hold plank position for 3 minutes and add sandbag on your back for increased intensity

- 3 mins on the treadmill incline at 1 speed at 6 mph for the first minute then speed at 7, 8, 9 or 10 mph depending on 
cardiovascular fitness level for 1 minute then back to 6 mph for the remaining minute

- Move to the floor for Russian Twist using sandbag and choose weight according to your fitness level

- 3 mins on treadmill incline at 15 speed at 3, 3.5, or 4 mph depending on cardiovascular fitness level

- Move to the floor for Burpees and incorporate sandbag for more intensity
