Ever pass by one of those panhandlers and wonder if they really need to be out there? Most of the time- they probably do. We don't really know what goes on in their lives but we typically have trust and faith that these people are standing out in the cold because they are going through something tough....WELP HERE IS SOMEONE WHO DOESNT.
