Few things are better than a long drive down a scenic stretch of road on a bright, sunny day, twisting and turning along highways framed by patches of wildflowers and breathtaking views of the surrounding land. Add to that a few beloved passengers and the radio blasting all your favorite songs, and you've got a warm memory in the making.

According to a list compiled by Cheapism, the "most scenic highway drive" in all of Missouri is the Blue Buck Knob Scenic Byway. This roadway in winding through Missouri highlights the beauty of the surrounding nature and is sure to take your breath away. Here's what the site had to say about the most scenic drive in the state:

"The best way to see Missouri's Ozark hill country is along the Blue Buck Knob Scenic Byway, a 24-mile road that bisects the Mark Twain National Forest, full of densely wooded scenery the author made famous in his works. Along the byway is the Noblett Lake Recreation area, where travelers can take time to picnic or fish for trout."
