Prince William provided an update on Kate Middleton's health following her last round of chemotherapy while accepting a global environmental award in South Africa on Wednesday (November 6).

The Prince of Wales sat down with Sky News to discuss necessary home habits that substantially impact the environment as well as a Taylor Swift bracelet his daughter gave him, and new information regarding his wife's health. The 42-year-old royal relayed very positive news on Middleton's behalf, revealing how "amazing" she's been amid her battle with abdominal cancer that has spanned the entirety of 2024.

"She's doing really well. Hopefully she’s watching tonight and cheering me on. She’s been amazing this whole year, and I know she’ll be really keen to see tonight be a success."

The Princess of Wales attended her first public event since completing chemotherapy in early October, traveling to Southport to extend a compassionate hand to families affected by the fatal Southport stabbings that occurred in July. Not long after, a source told People that the beloved mother-of-three would "return to a light schedule of public engagements in the final months of the year," including her annual carol concert at Westminster Abbey in December.

Information regarding the status of Middleton's cancer after multiple rounds of chemotherapy has yet to be elaborated upon as she continues to battle the condition.
