Fans of Wheel Of Fortune are fully aware that you never know what might happen on the show. Previously, a contestant has lost on purpose, potentially passed gas, called out Wheel for an injustice, gave a hilariously wrong answer, lost over a strict rule and much more. Well on Tuesday's show, the audience got to watch host Ryan Seacrest get taken to the ground by an excited contestant.

It all happened during the bonus round, when contestant Daniel Thomas of Pittsburgh, who had already won $31,950 in cash and prizes, attempted to guess a seven-letter word in the category Living Things. Knowing only that the first letter was "G" and that the word ended in "ES," Daniel's time ticked away, but at the last second, he guessed "Guppies," which was right. Ryan responded, "Yes! You got it!" and Daniel, filled with joy, began to jump up and down and embrace Ryan, but the contestant's forward momentum knocked the host to the ground.

Realizing what happened, Daniel was incredibly apologetic, asking Ryan if he was okay. Ryan took it in stride, getting back up and announcing, "I'm good," before revealing that Daniel had won an additional $40,000 for his correct response. After greeting his family, Daniel returned to hug Ryan again. Seacrest jokingly backed up but then embraced the contestant, though he also pretended to be injured and quipped that Vanna White would "have to take over." Daniel apologized once more and the good sport that he is, Ryan replied, "No, don't worry. I loved it!"

Later, at the end of the show, Ryan joked with Vanna, "I don't know if you saw, but I think he was excited." Vanna responded, "You think?" and asked Ryan if he was okay. Seacrest answered, "Oh yeah, it's great," then told all future contestants, "Please, if you win, pick me up, throw me over, tackle me, I'm totally fine with it." Vanna warned, "Don't listen to him," before Daniel returned for one more hug as the episode ended, promising, "I'll be real gentle."
