Adam Levine has accumulated an impressive number of tattoos over the years, but his latest "psychotic" ink might be his last.
The Maroon 5 frontman recently spoke with Today.com where he shared some insight into his many tats, from his favorite — "true love" spelled across his fingers — to his most recent round getting his left arm sleeve refreshed. However, there's a reason he may take a step back from getting any new ink, per People. It's getting too "painful" these days.
"I covered up my sleeve with another sleeve. Who does that? What is wrong with me? Psychotic," he said, adding that this latest round of ink "really hurt."
The Love Is Like singer, who got his first tattoo when he was 21 years old, noted that getting a new tattoo is "fun" but he is "kind of done with the pain."
"Now I've softened," he said. "Now when I get a tattoo, I'm like, 'This hurts so badly.' Like, 'What's wrong?' We're done."
Maroon 5 will be taking over the stage at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival presented by Capital One on September 19 and 20 in Las Vegas. Fans can tune in to the music mega even all weekend as it will be broadcast live each night via iHeartMedia radio stations throughout the country across more than 150 markets. Hulu will be the Official Streaming Destination of the festival, with performances livestreamed each night exclusively to all Hulu subscribers.
