So, I've made it known on the show that I have a fear of heights. I can fly in a plane and be inside a tall building, but I can't deal with exposed heights (being out on top of a bridge, bungee jumping, hang gliding, you get the idea.)
So, a day ago, this video surfaced of a guy hang gliding...for the FIRST TIME...and apparently wasn't fully strapped in! Good news...he lived through it all!
Here's what he said about the experience:
'My first time Hang Gliding turned into a near death experience as my safety harness was never hooked to the Glider. For 2 Min. 14 seconds I had to hang on for my life! The landing was a rough one, but I lived to tell the story.'
I repeat, I will NEVER hang glide...ever!
