Here's What People Would Do to Instantly Achieve Their Fitness Goals

If you made a New Years Resolution, it is likely it has something to do with health/fitness/diet. "Getting in shape" is one of the most popular, if not the most popular, New Years resolution but it's not surprising that 80% of resolutions fail by February. Sure hitting the gym and watching your diet sound manageable but life gets BUSY and it's easy to slip up. Also, saying you'll put in the work is easier than actually doing said work. If I could snap my fingers and have my dream bod, I wouldn't even hesitate. According to this study, some people would do some pretty extreme things just to reach their fitness goals instantly!

Some answers that made me say "hell no" were 33% of surveyors would eat plain oatmeal for every meal for a FULL year, 30% would shave their head and 21% would lose their voice for a year.

Some of the other answers on the list (below) i'd highly consider or do without question.. like spending a week in jail (i'd consider) and i'd definitely stand in line at the DMV all day for my dream bod.
