If you're feeling overwhelmed starting another week cooped up at home, doing this for 30 seconds will give you the strength to get through it.
With no end in sight of COVID-19, it can be overwhelming. School is out until Fall, things in June and July are getting canceled and we're confined to our homes practicing social distancing.
So when you’re feeling overwhelmed, do this for 30 seconds:
MAKE A FIST
Why? Fist-clenching perks up the part of the brain responsible for self-control. You’ll feel better because you can do it.
