Nooooo! Not the fries! What do we have to do to save french fries?!?! The cold and wet weather we've faced this year has led to a potato shortage, specifically a shortage of long potatoes. The long potatoes are the ones used to make french fries. The potato crop hasn't fallen this low since 2010. Manufacturers are looking to import potatoes from other nations to save the French Fries! Obviously, this will lead to an increase in price for potatoes.
